  • 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

    By using the services provided by HostGridPro (“the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in compliance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) of South Africa.

    2. SERVICES & BILLING

    • Payment: Services are billed in advance. Failure to pay by the due date will result in automatic suspension by the FOSSBilling system.
    • Cancellations: We require 30 days' notice for account cancellations.
    • Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on hosting fees (excluding domain registration fees, which are non-refundable).

    3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    While we maintain high-security standards on HestiaCP, HostGridPro shall not be held liable for any data loss. Clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups.

    4. GOVERNING LAW

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

  • 1. PROHIBITED CONTENT

    You may not use our servers for:

    • Illegal Activity: Any content violating SA law, including pirated software (Warez) or unlicensed copyrighted material.
    • Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
    • Resource Abuse: Excessive use of CPU/RAM that affects other users on the server will result in a temporary account throttle.

    2. SECURITY

    Any attempt to probe or breach the security of the server (hacking) is a criminal offense under the Cybercrimes Act. Accounts found doing this will be reported to the authorities.
